Can you lose weight doing yoga?
|
Weight normalization is one of the many benefits of yoga. As a beginner, it takes 3 classes per week for your body to understand the postures. During the first 10 classes, digestion and respiration, as well as endocrine, lymphatic, and elimination systems will start to work harmlessly. Your appetite will normalize. Unhealthy cravings will diminish. All of these results will help to normalize your weight. If you devote yourself to regular practice at least, but preferable more than 3 times a week. |
